What I Wish I Knew workshop for birth partners.
“I wish I knew just how debilitating morning sickness was going to be for her.”
“I wish I knew that birth can take as long as it needs to.”
“I wish I knew how to support her while she’s breastfeeding”
This is NOT birth education. We won’t be teaching you how to do a hip squeeze. We’ll be chatting about the birth journey from pregnancy, birth and post partum. It’ll be fun, informative and interactive.
This is a culmination of information that midwife and mother of 4, Dayna and I, have put together after hearing from, and working with, birth partners. It’s information that other partners need to know as they begin their birth journey. This will be a safe space for birth partners to come together and there’ll be opportunity for them to ask the questions they’re not sure who to ask. We’ll have a couple of male facilitators with us also, who will be totally unscripted and add their voice when needed.
